Hand Reflexology is an exceptionally relaxing treatment to receive and provides the recipient with the chance to unwind fully.  The wonderful thing about giving a Thai Hand Reflexology treatment is that you can treat someone virtually anywhere.  It is a safe, natural healing art that you can also use to treat yourself.

• Thai Hand Reflexology is empowering, because whether someone suffers from irritable bowel syndrome, sinusitis, headache, or needs relief from stress, it can help.
• This technique can be used as an alternative to Foot Reflexology - if someone has a foot injury, are badly infected with fungal infection, have broken bones in the foot, amputated foot or even if they have ticklish feet.  Some people don't like having their feet touched at all.

In this course, students will:

• Learn the benefits of Thai Hand Reflexology
• Review of the aspects of the hands for landmarking Reflexology points
• Learn how to use a wooden Thai Reflexology tool to stimulat 15 Reflexology points on the Palm of the hand that relate to various organs and systems of the body
• Learn how to do a 30-minute Thai Hand Reflexology Massage to warm up the hand that will also soothe over-worked or arthritic hands

Foot Reflexology is an ancient form of Massage that has been used for more than 3,000 years to stimulate the body's internal organs as well as blood and lymph circulation.

•  Learn how to perform a 60-min. Traditional Thai Foot Reflexology & Massage sequence that incorporates the use of a re-usable wooden massage tool.  This type of massage may be performed on a massage table, in chairs, or on the floor on a mat.

• Using a step-by-step course booklet, pictures demonstrate how to stimulate 58-Reflex Zones a combination of thumb slides, flat knuckle slides and acupressure using a wooden massage stick. This method will be combined with 31-cream based massage techniques usings hands, palms and fingers to relax lower leg muscles.

• Each Reflex Zone will be discussed as to location and how it pertains to the general health of each organ and joint of the body.

This course is well suited to both beginners as well as experienced Thai Massage practitioners alike - no pre-requisites are required. 

• Learn a combination of Northern and Southern style Thai Massage in the Supine, Prone and Side Lying positions, as it can be applied on the Massage Table - the practitioner has the option to either stay on the floor, or to move on and off the table.  Many possibilities will be explored throughout this course.

• Upon completion, the student will be able to perform a 60 - 90 min. Thai Massage includes work on Passive Yogic Stretching to target legs, hips, spine, shoulders and arms.
  
• Learn Reflexology points for feet, hands and face to help aid in digestion, move Sen Energy in the body and to relieve headaches.
  
  
• Learn how to locate and work 3-major Sen Energy Lines on the legs and arms - these lines, in combinations help to relieve back pain, aid in digestion, reduce stress & tension in the body and improve overall health.

• Upon completion of this course, students will be able to perform a combination of 65 full body 'Traditional Thai Massage' and Thai Yoga stretch techniques (including acupressure points on the feet, hands and face). Many concepts may be applied to the Massage Table.

• Students will be introduced to the history of Traditional Thai Yoga Massage, as well as the theory and techniques using thumbs, palm, elbows, knees and feet to create a dynamic repertoire for application by the student. 
  

• This course includes massage techniques with the client in the Supine and Sitting positions and includes Reflexology for feet, hands and face, Abdominal Massage, Passive Thai Yoga Stretches and 'Sen' Energy Line work. (Level 2 covers the Side-Lying, Prone and in-depth Sitting positions). 
  

• Students are taught in a hands-on step-by-step method, following a picture workbook, to enhance learning of the techniques. Instructor demonstration will be followed by practice time.  Students will have ample opportunity to also receive massage by practicing fellow students.

For the student who is interested in a more in-depth application of energetic systems, Level 2 Traditional Thai Massage is the next step. 

• Deeper sensitivity and awareness combined with new theory and techniques using thumbs, palm, elbows, knees and feet create a dynamic repertoire for application by the student. 

• Side-Lying, Back and Sitting positions, review and more detail of introductory class work, followed by work on the whole body, including the techniques required to perform a 1 hour or 2 hour massage.
  
  
• Upon completion of this course, students will be able to perform a combination of 73 new full body 'Nuad Bo Rarn' Traditional Thai Massage and Thai Yoga stretche techniques (including acupressure points on the feet, hands and face) that may be added on to previously learned techniques as learned in the Traditional Thai Massage - Level 1 course.
