Thai Hand Reflexology is empowering, because whether someone suffers from irritable bowel syndrome, sinusitis, headache, or needs relief from stress, it can help.This technique can be used as an alternative to Foot Reflexology - if someone has a foot injury, are badly infected with fungal infection, have broken bones in the foot, amputated foot or even if they have ticklish feet. Some people don't like having their feet touched at all.

"Thai Yoga Massage: Side Lying, Prone & Seated Postures"

Mon. Nov. 23rd: Work in Prone Posture~ Learn sequences with the recipient in the Prone Position, working Reflexology for the Feet, Thai Yoga stretches for the anterior legs & hips, including those for the Spine, such as assisted Cobra and Bow. The student will learn how to apply Thai Massage for the feet, calves, hamstrings, gluteals and back and shoulders of the recipient, using their feet, forearms, elbows, thumbs and palms. How to work Sen Lines up the back that help to relieve back pain will be introduced.
Tues. Nov. 24th: Work in Side Lying Posture ~ Learn sequences with the recipient in the Side Lying Position with particular focus on the muscles of the back and shoulder, in addition to Energy Line Sen Itta and Sen Pingkala to help to relieve back pain. The student will learn how to apply Thai Yoga stretches for hip flexors, quadriceps, triceps and pectorals, in addition to spinal rotation stretches on a client using their feet, forearms, elbows, thumbs and palm pressure. Thai Massage for the hands and arms, including some reflexology points will be introduced.
Wed. Nov. 25th: Work in Seated Posture ~ Students will learn comprehensive Thai Yoga Stretches for the upper body for chest, back and spinal extensors and include work on spinal rotation, extension, flexion and extension. With the recipient in the Seated Posture, Thai Massage is very effective for applying acupressure in areas of the back, neck and shoulders. Learn how to use elbow, forearms and thumbs to do this work.
