CANCELLATION POLICY
If Banyan Thai Massage cancels a course for any reason, such as low registration numbers or due to newly imposed Government Health restrictions that occurred after you registered and paid, you will receive a FULL refund. This includes whether you have paid a 'non-refundable deposit' or if you have paid in full. The same applies to courses that are cancelled, due to insufficient registration.
If you have paid a $100 non-refundable deposit and cancel your attendance for a course, including reasons for having to self-isolate due to COVID-19, there will be no refund, however, you may apply that full amount to another Live or Online course within 365 days.
If you have paid for a course in full and cancel your attendance for a course, you may carry forward and apply the full amount paid toward another Live or Online Course within 365 days.
If you have paid for an Online Course and have received the Training Videos and/or or course materials, there will be no refund.

Paid in Full - Course cancellation 21+ days prior to 1st day of course: A refund of 95% of the total tuition MINUS a $50 Administration Charge for each course will be issued.
Paid in Full - Course cancellation 14-21 days prior to 1st day of course: A refund of 50% of the total tuition MINUS a $50 Administration Charge for each course will be issued.
Paid in Full - Course cancellation less than 14 days of 1st day of course:
No refunds will be issued. You have the option to apply the full amount to any another course in the future. Valid for 365 days from the time of cancellations.
